I partner with performing arts schools, companies, and organisations to evaluate, design, and deliver strategies that strengthen performer wellbeing and performance. Drawing on my leadership training and experience, I also support organisations in creating cultures where performers can thrive both on and off stage.
About My Work
I’ve designed and delivered coaching and training for leading organisations including Clore Leadership, Matthew Bourne’s New Adventures, and Scottish Ballet.
As a Wellbeing Lead with Applause for Thought, I currently support the companies of Mary Poppins UK Tour and The Hunger Games: On Stage.
Together with Applause for Thought, I co-created The Performing Arts Well-being Curriculum (TWC)–a pioneering programme that places regular wellbeing education directly into the curriculum, empowering students to sustain their health alongside their vocational training.
As a former performer, I know first-hand that the best results come when you feel your best. That’s why I continually study, research, and refine evidence-based wellbeing practices—so I can equip performers, educators, and organisations with the tools they need to succeed without sacrificing health.
